General terms and conditions of sale (GTS) \u2013 Appendix 1 Regarding the guarantee of the \u00abTobacco\u00bb and \u00abCannabis\u00bb sessions\u00bb<\/p>

The attached annex is common to the entire LaserAddict network.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1. EXTENT OF THE WARRANTY<\/h3>

The guarantee is offered exclusively in the \u201cStop\u201d and \u201cStop+\u201d packs from LaserAddict. It applies when the customer, having followed an initial \u201cStop\u201d session for smoking cessation or cannabis withdrawal, consumes again a product containing nicotine.<\/p>

2. APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE<\/h3>

In the event of a relapse characterized by nicotine consumption, the client is eligible for a relapse session. This relapse session is offered free of additional charge, but it is considered a final service with no additional guarantee.<\/p>

3. RESERVATION OF RECOVERY SESSION<\/h3>

The client can make a relapse appointment at the same center where the \u201cStop\u201d session was performed. If the client wishes to undergo a follow-up session, they can do so at the same center.
His return session at another LaserAddict center must be coordinated and approved by the original center, in accordance with LaserAddict's internal policies.<\/p>

4. CANCELLATION OF THE WARRANTY<\/h3>

The guarantee is voided if the client does not show up for the relapse appointment without providing a valid justification or informing the center of their inability to attend. The responsibility of preventing the center from being informed rests entirely with the client.<\/p>

5. PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY<\/h3>

The warranty is valid for one calendar year from the date of the \u201cStop\u201d session. After this period, the warranty is no longer applicable.<\/p>

6. LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY<\/h3>

The guarantee does not apply in cases of non-compliance with the post-treatment follow-up instructions by the client, abandonment of the treatment process, or when the relapse is due to external factors unrelated to the sessions provided by LaserAddict.<\/p>

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS<\/h3>

Although LaserAddict is committed to offering high-quality services, the company cannot guarantee a specific result from sessions. The effects of sessions can vary from person to person depending on multiple factors, including the client\u2019s personal commitment to their withdrawal process.<\/p>
